Refund and Returns Policy

Return policy

Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your order arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

BelleGlory’s online returns portal can only be used to return items purchased online at www.belleglory.com.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
BelleGlory is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Request your Return Authorization Number and by emailing support@cirtt.com. with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval, you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.

To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. ( You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item) . Shipping costs are non-refundable (if applicable).

When sending back your return using the returns portal or other return options, please be sure to return your items in accordance with the policy outlined below:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.

Beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.

All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.

A 50% restocking fee may be applied to Final Sale or stale items returned.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered.

We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please fill out the Online Return Assistance Form for assistance before returning.*
When sending back items from multiple orders, please fill out a return form or packing slip from each order returned.
Return drop-offs are not accepted at our Distribution Center or corporate office.
BelleGlory is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@cirtt.com & we’ll help guide you through the process – Upon approval, you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
